Who we are
Altura Systems, a UK-based AI automation agency. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at team@alturasystems.co.uk about this notice or your data.
What the form collects
- Contact details. Your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your job title and mobile number.
- Business details. Your business name, website, what the business does and its size.
- Your enquiry. What you would like built or how you would like to work with us, your goals, timeline and, if you choose, your budget range, how you heard about us and anything else you add.
We do not ask for special category data and you should not include any.
Why we collect it
- To prepare for the call you have booked with us
- To follow up with you about your enquiry or a possible partnership
- To send you a reminder about the call, by email, or by text if you gave us a mobile number
Our legal basis
Legitimate interest. You have contacted us and booked a call, so we have a genuine interest in preparing for it and following up. You can object at any time and we will stop.
Who else handles it
We use these providers to run the form. They process your details on our behalf and only for that purpose.
- Vercel hosts this page and receives your submission. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Resend delivers your submission to our email inbox. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Google Workspace is our email and calendar, where your submission arrives and where we send your meeting invitation.
- Our customer records and messaging tools are where we may store your contact details and send call reminders.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your details leave the UK, we rely on the transfer safeguards these providers put in place. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep it for as long as we need it to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with the retention section of our main privacy policy. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict it. Email team@alturasystems.co.uk and we will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and logs
This page and the form set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running.
